My name is Erin and I’m so happy you’re here. I am a wife, mother, and therapist with a passion for supporting families navigating the often difficult life transition of becoming parents. This perinatal time, both before and after a child’s arrival, is such a joyful point in one’s life. And yet, we often find ourselves in the trenches and struggling as we navigate these changes.
In my practice, I focus on women’s health, adjustment to parenthood, relationship challenges, pregnancy, and perinatal and postpartum issues.
Being a successful parent means learning about strengths you didn't know you had, and dealing with fears you didn't know existed. As a new parent you may find yourself struggling emotionally. The transition to parenthood presents challenges we often weren’t prepared for—no matter how much groundwork we completed. You are not alone... most people reach out to me because this new life transition creates unexpected feelings. Of course, you want things to be better for yourself and your family.
