I work from a collaborative, strengths-based approach, empowering you to be the author of your own life. I specialize in supporting clients through the transition to parenthood and addressing postpartum depression, anxiety, and stress. While my practice primarily focuses on new moms, I also provide therapy for new dads, grandparents, other family support members, and fellow therapists.
